Call for Proposals: Music History and Theory Articles

Lithograph of men playing a lute and a lyre A-R Editions invites authors to submit proposals for peer-reviewed articles on music history for publication in its Online Music Anthology (https://www.armusicanthology.com) We are currently building our foundational articles on music history and theory, with plans for various other topics to follow. The articles are part of a larger set of materials that will allow instructors to create customized course packs for their students.

We currently seek articles in several areas, including genres & forms, music theory, significant composers; and major works, as well as commentaries on specific pieces in the A-R Music Anthology. We look forward to outstanding responses all around and also invite you to propose ideas other articles.
